arstechnica.com -  While copyright holders once told consumers, "Don't copy that floppy," the Norwegian Consumer Council has a new message: "Don't sign on the dotted line." Internet users who have been picked out for distributing movies are asked to sign a letter admitting guilt and making a pledge not to engage in illicit file-swapping again (no word on whether a blood oath is required). The NCC is telling people not to sign, however.
