Should ISPs be able to control users' speed? The Bee is taking a look at the issue of "net neutrality" in light of recent efforts by some Internet service providers, most notably Comcast, to limit customers' use of heavy data files by slowing down broadband speeds. The FCC is holding a hearing at Stanford University on April 17 over this issue.
